Project Overview

The entire automated logistics system mainly consists of a high-altitude conveyor system, an empty frame recycling system, a connecting corridor conveyor system, a pallet lift system, a continuous lift system, a laser forklift AGV system, a magnetic guided hidden AGV system, an RF system, a warehouse management system, an electronic display board system, a WCS system, and interfaces.

This project comprehensively solves the automated receiving, warehousing, storage, picking, and distribution of lighting fixture raw materials and auxiliary materials, the AGV automated handling of packaging materials and finished products, and information management. It automates storage and transportation, material issuance, accounting, quality traceability, OEE monitoring and analysis, etc.

Scheme Advantages

The use of high-altitude logistics conveyor lines saves floor space and improves factory space utilization.

Raw materials are transported from warehouses to workstations, reducing secondary handling.

Automatic recycling of empty frames and cartons is achieved.

Fully automated handling and warehousing of packaging materials and finished products in the workshop is achieved, greatly reducing labor intensity and the number of operators.

Automatic connection and real-time information transmission and updates between the logistics system and ERP, MES, and APS are achieved.

Product quality traceability and OEE monitoring and analysis are achieved.
