Project Overview

 

The entire intelligent warehousing and logistics system mainly consists of stacker crane system, conveyor system, racking, RF system, warehouse management system, electronic display board system and interface.

This project comprehensively solves the automation and information management of receiving, warehousing, storage, outbound, and picking and distribution of lawnmower/outboard motor parts. It enables the automation of storage, transportation, and accounting.

Achieve high-density storage of materials, maximizing space utilization.

The second-floor stacker crane uses an aluminum alloy structure, which is lightweight and low-noise, solving the problem of floor load limitations preventing the construction of high-bay warehouses.

The AGV connects the high-bay warehouse and the production line, reducing manual labor.
