This stacker efficiently and reliably supports employees at a constant speed during heavy manual labor, providing the optimal solution for fully automated stacking and palletizing at the end of the production line. It can not only automatically stack different cardboard boxes, but also safely access the pallet stacking unit to remove stacked pallets without interrupting the operation.
Workflow
The stacker is separated from factory employees by a safety fence. It picks up cardboard boxes one by one from the conveyor system and stacks them onto prepared pallets according to a certain pattern. Once the pallet is full, a protective device on the back of the stacking system automatically rises, allowing the operator to remove the completed stack. During this process, the robot continues palletizing in another unit alongside. The intelligent dual-unit system avoids production line interruptions, and the existing safety system allows warehouse employees to access the currently unused device.
