Project Overview
The entire intelligent warehousing and logistics system mainly consists of stacker system, conveyor system, AGV system, rack, RF system, warehouse management system, electronic display board system and interface.
This project generally solves
Phase 1: Includes the transportation of semi-finished products from the first-floor injection molding workshop to the second, third, and fourth floors, automatic supply of empty boxes in the injection molding workshop, automated storage of semi-finished products on the third floor, and automatic supply of semi-finished products to the assembly workshop, and AGV transportation of finished products to the packaging workshop after assembly.
Later phase: Includes AGV storage and handling of raw materials and finished products on the basement floor, unfinished parts of the first-floor injection molding workshop, AGV storage and handling of outsourced parts, packaging materials, and molds on the second floor, future completion of the third floor, and automated storage and transportation of semi-finished products on the fourth floor, and AGV handling of materials in the spraying workshop.
