Fully automated palletizing of cardboard boxes in pallet stacking units: Fully automated system for product palletizing, solution: In a dual-track automated unit, a KUKA KR QUANTEC PA now directly palletizes large cardboard boxes on the production line. The customer benefits not only from higher reliability and efficiency, but also from improved employee safety during palletizing.
Fully automated palletizing in pallet stacking units: The stacker is separated from factory personnel by safety barriers. It picks up cardboard boxes one by one from the conveyor system and palletizes them according to a specific pattern on prepared pallets. Once the pallet is full, the protective device at the rear of the stacking system automatically rises, allowing personnel to remove the completed stack. During this process, the robot continues palletizing in another unit alongside.
