The TSAMO digital factory has not only been verified in the machining industry but is also widely applicable to discrete manufacturing industries, including injection molding and stamping. Digital Integrated Control Center (DICC)
System Introduction
The Digital Integrated Control Center is the window to the entire digital factory. It integrates the information flow of all the factory's information systems and uniquely systematizes and holistically projects the production status onto a splicing display screen. Combined with the real-time scheduling function of the console computer, it controls the allocation and management of various factory production resources to achieve real-time monitoring and scheduling of the smart factory.

Data Integration
The DICC collects data in real time from various information systems in the workshop, systematically integrating, consolidating, and filtering it to form effective data with management value. The data covers all nodes of the entire production closed-loop, from business orders, production plans, on-site management, quality management, to finished product warehousing, forming a complete production operation management ecosystem. After statistical analysis using modern management theories, the data is displayed graphically on a centralized interface.

The presentation layout of the Kanban data adopts the design principles of intuitive, three-dimensional, and eye-catching presentation. Through the reasonable matching of warning colors, users can immediately focus on key indicators. In addition, realistic 3D modeling and dynamic simulation technologies provide users with the best UI interface.
Real-time Scheduling
The dynamic Kanban, based on real-time workshop data, synchronizes the actual production status of the workshop. When the workshop needs resource scheduling, equipment needs maintenance, or plans need updating, the Kanban will synchronize to the relevant status and intelligently prompt managers to take timely action. Decisions based on data are often the best decision-making model.
