Function Introduction
After injection molding, the three-coordinate system unloads the material. The brush handle is placed on the brush handle feeding line, waiting for the bristle planting machine to complete the bristle planting. Then it is moved to the chain plate line fixture for bristle quality inspection. NG and good products undergo trimming and polishing to achieve different bristle shapes for subsequent cleaning processes. According to requirements, stamping, hot stamping and batch number stamping are performed at the required positions on the brush handle, and the products are discharged from the unloading line.
