Project Introduction
The locomotive roof detection system identifies and records the locomotive license plate, takes photos of the entire locomotive roof, and automatically detects deformation, cracks, damage, remaining thickness of the pantograph slider, and whether there are any foreign objects on the roof.
Function Introduction
1. Automatically photograph and identify the locomotive number;
2. Locate the pantograph position and automatically detect the deformation, surface cracks, damage, remaining thickness, and distribution of the pantograph;
3. Take an overall photo of the locomotive roof and automatically identify whether there are any foreign objects;
4. During operation, if the equipment is powered off or the function fails, there is an emergency strategy to reset the operating device;
5. The system automatically monitors the working status of each device.
Functional Requirements
1. Surface cracks of the slider: width ≥ 0.1mm;
2. Defect width: no more than 1/3 of the slider width;
3. Slider thickness detection error: ±0.2mm;
4. Detection of foreign object size: ≥25mm × 25mm;
5. Ambient temperature: -25℃～+45℃;
6. Power supply requirements: DC24V, AC 220V.
