Project Advantages

5. The inspection information of this visual inspection equipment can be stored by batch and time period, and supports EXCEL table export.

 

System Composition

The visual inspection system mainly consists of a camera, lens, and light source. The camera resolution is 3840×2748 pixels. A high-definition 10-megapixel fixed-focus lens is used, with a working distance of 540±5mm and a field of view of 100mm x 75mm. In practical applications, the light source needs to be illuminated at a high angle. A series of ring light sources are used in combination to highlight the three-dimensional information of the lithium battery, effectively solving the problem of shadows caused by diagonal irradiation, and overcoming the problem of insufficient light source brightness. The uniformity of the light source can be guaranteed. At the same time, using a linear light source, side lighting can enhance the contrast between wrinkles and the background, better highlighting the defective parts. The visual inspection hardware system can be embedded in the required inspection station, and basically no modification of the existing equipment is required.

Image Acquisition

1. The upper edge of the battery seal and the upper edge of the battery need to be captured, and the distance between the two is measured to determine whether the seal is offset;

2. The wrinkles on the battery seal need to be captured to determine whether the seal is intact.
