The robotic palletizing production line consists of an automatic packaging machine, a bag feeding machine, a heat-sealing conveyor, an inverting conveyor, a checkweigher, a reject conveyor, a shaping machine, a coding conveyor, a gripping conveyor, a pallet conveyor, a robot arm, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system.
III. Technical Features
The intelligent configuration control system automatically controls the entire production line's operation. The system has functions such as fault diagnosis, fault alarm, fault self-handling, and automatic interlock shutdown. The system can be integrated with the user's overall automated control network through communication interfaces, enabling remote monitoring, remote diagnosis, and network management of the packaging production line.
