Project Introduction
A certain snack food manufacturer's existing packaging method uses manual packaging, which is inefficient and prone to waste of consumables. To solve this pain point for the manufacturer, this automated packaging production line is composed of bundling machines, palletizing robots, stacking machines, and turnover roller lines, and push box roller lines. It achieves fully automated merging and bundling of four cartons, reducing the workload of subsequent robot palletizing, improving production efficiency, and saving packaging consumables.
