Three-dimensional storage of parts

Project Introduction

Constructing an internal intelligent logistics system to reduce and mitigate the probability and factors of unsafe events involving traditional materials during transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing. This ensures the safe, efficient, and orderly delivery of materials required for production, enhancing the company's product quality, efficiency, safety, and sustainable development capabilities.

Project Advantages

1. Achieve synchronous control of material information flow and physical flow, improving the management level of production information.

2. Warehouse management implements FIFO (First-In, First-Out) management of materials. Self-made parts, outsourced parts, and finished products are managed using barcodes. Through the interactive linkage of various software, the entire process of material information, from entry to storage, to exit, is traceable.

3. Through centralized control of materials, inventory data is precisely controlled, providing effective data support for production organization and work-in-progress control, thereby improving warehouse management levels.

4. Materials and molds are centrally managed in an automated three-dimensional warehouse. Products are centrally packaged, resulting in significant improvements in 5S management on site.

5. Parts are transferred between factories via conveyor lines and delivered in sets to assembly line docks according to order quantities, reducing material transfer time and costs.
