Project Introduction
The vibrating bowl feeds and aligns the parts linearly to the pushing mechanism. The pushing mechanism sends the connecting pieces to the product's locking position. The screw hopper aligns the screws to the dispensing mechanism, which then distributes the screws to the feeding tubes. The screws are automatically fed to the screw bit, which drives them down to fasten the connecting pieces to the product. Two X-axis fixtures on either side alternate in the fastening process, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
