Project Introduction
The express delivery slip automatic sorting solution based on machine vision technology adds three-segment code recognition on the basis of barcode recognition, effectively improving the sorting rate.
Workflow
Manually place the express parcels (with the waybill facing up) on the running conveyor belt. A trigger activates the imaging system to acquire the express slip image. The acquired data is transmitted to the central processing unit, and then undergoes a series of image processing, detection, and classification and recognition techniques to identify specific area information on the express slip. Based on the recognition results, the sorting area for the express parcel is determined. The express parcel is then transported via a feeder and conveyor belt to the pre-planned path corresponding to each sorting port. The parcel is transported along the corresponding trajectory to the sorting area to complete the sorting.
