Character/barcode outer packaging detection
Project Introduction
Utilizes a CCD industrial camera for image acquisition, offering broad compatibility, strong recognition capabilities, and high-speed reading of hundreds of barcode types. It also supports text matching, laser pattern, and color block recognition for mix-prevention. Upon detecting a mix-up, it can automatically stop for manual inspection and reset, or transmit signals to a reject mechanism (requires machine to have automatic rejection functionality) for automatic rejection.
Application Scenarios
Detection of boxed outer packaging for food, daily necessities, cosmetics, wine/liquor packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging.
