Large home appliance robot palletizing system
Project Introduction
The system is a flexible production line for palletizing/turning by robots. It can meet various palletizing/turning forms and is equipped with a barcode reader. By identifying different product models through barcodes, the robot automatically adjusts the motion trajectory and actions to achieve automatic grasping, identification, positioning, and palletizing.
Project Advantages
1. Low energy consumption: The power of a typical mechanical palletizer is around 26KW, while that of a palletizing robot is around 5KW, greatly reducing the operating cost for enterprises.
2. Simple structure and fewer components. Therefore, the failure rate of components is low, the performance is reliable, maintenance is simple, and fewer spare parts are required in stock.
3. Small footprint. Palletizing robots can be installed in narrow spaces for efficient use.
4. Strong applicability. When the size, volume, shape of the product and the dimensions of the pallet change, only minor modifications are needed on the touch screen without affecting the customer's normal production.
5. All controls can be operated on the control cabinet screen, which is very simple.
