Project Background
Laser welding, as a crucial process in battery production, significantly impacts battery consistency, stability, and safety. Power battery laser welding involves numerous components and complex processes, demanding high welding precision. Highly efficient and precise laser welding can greatly enhance the safety, reliability, and lifespan of automotive power batteries, providing important support for the future development of automotive power technology. Power battery casing welding mainly involves side welding and top welding, each with its advantages and disadvantages. Due to the material's special properties, aluminum casing batteries are prone to issues such as bulging and porosity. Welding square batteries is particularly challenging at the corners, where problems often arise.
Project Advantages

2. Welding can be performed at room temperature or under special conditions, with simple welding equipment. For example, lasers are not affected by electromagnetic fields that might deflect the beam; laser welding can be performed in a vacuum; air and certain gas environments can be welded through glass or transparent beam materials.
3. Can weld refractory materials such as titanium and quartz, as well as dissimilar materials, with excellent results.
