Device Features
1. Connects to a press brake; material sensing; automatic shutdown without material; automatic shutdown with alarm;
2. Capacity: 60 pieces per minute;
3. Measurement accuracy: ±0.01mm, dimensional tolerance can be freely set;
4. Measurement data can be recorded. Normal production allows for 2 months of recording without data copying. Data for each roll of material (1000 PCS) can be archived separately (e.g., time and quantity must correspond one-to-one);
5. When the material reaches 1000 PCS, it automatically cuts and automatically leaves 2 PCS as samples;
6. The entire machine requires no manual operation. The operator only needs to remove the OK products; all other operations are completed by the machine.
